If you are not completely satisfied with any VeriTask product, VeriTask Software will return 90% of the software price, if cancelled within the first 30 days after purchase.

To be considered for a refund you must send an email to info@bioclock.co.za within 30 days from the purchase date.

Include the following information in the body of the email. Be sure and use the information provided when ordering the software. Please include a short description of why you are canceling the account. This information will be used to further improve our products as well as our customer service and technical support.

• Telephone Number
• Mailing Address (including city, state and country)
• Product Name and Version
• Order Number (ST######)
• Reason for Refund

• Products shipped outside United States are not eligible for a return.
• Original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
• Upon receipt of your request, all eligible refunds will receive a credit within 7 to 10 business days. Due to billing cycles, the refund may not appear on the same credit card statement as the original charge.
